returns & Policies
Sales Receipts are required for all returns.
Full-price merchandise purchased from our in-stock inventory can be returned for a refund within seven days of purchase. Returns between 8-30 days of the date on receipt may receive a company/store credit only. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Floor model sales, discounted sales, and special offer sales are final, "as-is", and cannot be returned or cancelled.
Special Order Policies
All special order sales are final.
Harvest Home does not allow cancellations or returns on any special-order item. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon placing special orders. Balances are due prior to pick-up or delivery. Due dates are approximate, Harvest is not responsible for any delays due to manufacturing or shipping. You will be notified as soon as your special order arrives in our distribution center and has passed our rigid quality control process. Merchandise not claimed or set-up for delivery within thirty days of arrival at our store or distribution center is subject to a storage fee of 1% of merchandise total per day.
Harvest Home is not responsible for pieces that do not fit into your home.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, reasonable variations in finish and fabric are common and should be expected.
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced if Harvest Home is responsible for the damage or defect. Our liability is limited to our merchandise only and does not apply to miscellaneous charges such as fabric protector, delivery charges or shipping charges.
